Rolly Pollies Gym Classes FAQ

No waiting required!  At Rolly Pollies, your child's adventure begins the moment you sign up.  We run on rolling 10-week enrollment, so you can join anytime.  Each 10-week block keeps your spot secure, and you'll be automatically re-enrolled until you are ready to pause.

The fastest way is to register here online through our website, but you can always call or stop by your preferred location. Our Roll Models love helping families find the perfect class.

Our classes are organized by age and stage.  From 4 months to 7 years old we've got a place for every child.  Not sure where to start?  Give us a call, we are happy to discuss you and your child's needs, and we'll point you in the right direction.

Children can start at 4 months in our Caterpillars Gym Class, Messy Baby, and Music Classes.  It is never too early to start moving, playing, and learning.  Most parents tell us they wish they started their adventure sooner!

All of our classes through age 3 include grown-up participation.  You'll be right there supporting, singing, and playing alongside your child.  Once your child turns 4, classes are grown-up optional, which means you can join in, watch from the viewing area, or drop your child off.

Week after week you will see more confidence, new skills, and bigger smiles.  Our Roll Models love sharing milestones with parents, and we are always happy to chat about your child's progress and goals.

As your child grows and develops, we'll guide you to the next class at the right time.  Age, ability, and confidence all factor in, and we'll make the move seamless.

We encourage it!  Grown-up participation will put you right in the action, and for grown-up optional classes you can watch from the viewing area.  We know that your child has a lot of fans, so we never limit the number of grown-ups at Rolly Pollies.  

Life happens!  We offer make-up classes, so your child doesn't miss out.  You will receive a make-up token to use in your account.

Yes!  make-ups are available within your 10-week enrollment if space allows.  Easily use your make-up token to schedule it!  Planning on taking a day off?  Reach out and we can give you a token right away.

If you or your child are sick, please stay home to rest and recover.  We will help you find a make-up class when you feel better, or you can schedule it with your make-up token!

Absolutely!  If there is space in another class, we will make the switch easy.

Yes, we offer free trial classes.  It's a great way to see if Rolly Pollies is the right fit.

Simple, just click the drop button in your account at least 2 weeks before your next 10-week block begins, and your enrollment will end when your current one wraps up.

Only for some holidays, and we will let you know in advance.

If we need to close for safety, we will notify you by email and social media.  Missed classes will receive make-up tokens.

Tuition is based on your rolling 10-week enrollment.  Even if we close for a holiday, your 10 weeks is still intact.

No worries.  If your payment is declined for any reason, we'll reach out with a reminder.  Keeping payments up to date ensures your spot stays secure.

Yes!  We offer generous sibling discounts and flexible multi-class options to keep things affordable for families.

Arriving 5 minutes early gives your child time to settle and get ready for our popular hello song.

No problem, come on in!  We'll help your child jump right in with the group.

Comfortable play clothes are best, something they can tumble, climb, and roll in.  Bare feet keep everyone safe on the equipment.

A water bottle and lots of energy!  (Your regular diaper bag too!)  We've got the rest covered!
